1. Application forms can be collected Free of cost from the College office on all working days between 9am to 4pm or downloaded from the College Website www.rvdentalcollege.org from 15.03.2005.

2. Duly filled and signed application form along with the Photostat copies of the Marks cards of X std., I, II, III & IV BDS, Internship Completion certificate, Degree Certificate, Proof of the College recognised by DCI, 4 passport size photos & a Demand Draft for Rs. 400/- Drawn in favour Principal, D.A. Pandu Memorial R.V.Dental College, payable at Bangalore should be sent through Registered Post/Ack. Due so as to reach on or before 31.03.2005, 4pm.

3. Duly filled application form along with enclosures can also be submitted in person at the office of the Principal D.A. Pandu Memorial R.V. Dental College, Bangalore on all working days between 9am to 4pm on or before 31.03.2005.

4. Paste Passport size Photograph in the box provided on the first page & sign across the photo.

5. Incomplete application forms will not be accepted.

7. The College has submitted a proposal to Fee Fixation Committee as Tuition fee of Rs.5,82,000/- per annum and Fee Fixation Committee has fixed tentative Tuition Fee of Rs. 2,47,500/- per annum (which been contested by the college) in addition to this, the candidate has to pay materials charges for each speciality as stipulated in the Govt. Order. Material Charges:

8. Counselling will be held on Saturday the 23rd April 2005 at 9am in the college Auditorium. The candidates should report at 8am. No individual intimation will be sent.

9. The candidate should pay tentative tuition fee of Rs.2,47,500/- per annum and other fee as detailed below by cash /DD in favour of D.A. Pandu Memorial R.V.Dental College payable at Bangalore, at the time of counselling. Cheques are not accepted. If the candidate fails to pay the prescribed fee at the time of counselling He/She cannot claim the seat.

10. Candidate should also give an undertaking at the time counselling to pay the difference Tuition fee if any, subject to final orders of the Fee Fixation Committee / Courts.

11. Seat matrix will be displayed at the time of counselling subject to final orders of the competent authorities / Courts.
